Green are in all the respective authorities
radios for Talk Around. For example, all police departments have 866.0125
Mhz installed as Channel 16 for Talk Around. All fire departments have
867.0125 Mhz installed for Talk Around, etc ... If the police would want
to talk to a fire department they would have to go to a County Wide TAC Channel
found on the Trunking Repeater (available to all services - see TalkGroups on
the main menu).
When programming these frequencies into your DIGITAL AUDIO P25 compatible
scanner, program the bank as Conventional and enter the frequency. It is a
Motorola channel if asked however NOT trunked.
